| Sumario: | Introducción. Aunque hay avances en el reconocimiento de la importancia de las políticas de niñez y adolescencia para el desarrollo integral y sostenido de las sociedades, todavía su evaluación es un proceso no consolidado. Objetivo. El presente artículo de revisión sistemática de literatura especializada tiene por objetivo examinar evaluaciones de programas hacia niñas, niños y adolescentes, por medio del análisis de informes con evidencia evaluativa sobre los efectos de intervenciones en tres áreas: educación, pobreza y violencia, desarrolladas en Latinoamérica y el Caribe. Metodología. Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en el repositorio de la Red de Seguimiento, Evaluación y Sistematización de Latinoamérica y el Caribe (RELAC), considerando el método PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Se identificaron 66 evaluaciones, que luego de la revisión se disminuyeron a 14. Resultados. Las evaluaciones seleccionadas se realizaron en 7 países (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, México, Perú y Brasil) y fueron publicadas entre 2009 y 2021. La mayoría se refirieron a transferencias económicas condicionadas e intervenciones socioeducativas. Se incluye una descripción de sus principales resultados, así como el enfoque implementado de participación de niñas, niños y adolescentes. Conclusiones. Aunque limitadas, la cantidad y alcance de las evaluaciones revisadas permite identificar algunos logros y vacíos relevantes para la gestión pública y la definición de futuras agendas de evaluación. Although there has been progress in recognizing the importance of policies on children and adolescents for the integral and sustained development of societies, their evaluation is still an unconsolidated process. Objective. This article of systematic review of specialized literature aims to examine evaluations of programs for children and adolescents, through the analysis of reports with evaluative evidence on the effects of interventions in three areas: education, poverty and violence, developed in Latin America and the Caribbean. Methodology. A systematic search was carried out in the repository of the Latin American and Caribbean Monitoring, Evaluation and Systematization Network (RELAC), considering the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). A description of its main results is included, as well as the implemented approach to the participation of children and adolescents. Conclusions. Although limited, the number and scope of the evaluations reviewed allow us to identify some achievements and gaps relevant to public management and the definition of future evaluation agendas.
